Jacki and Andrea share a history in the field of education. Both taught for years in Clear Creek Independent School District and met by chance while acting as Room Mom’s for their children’s kindergarten classes. Fast-forward 10 years, and they are still close friends, and now taking the leap as business partners to help families in this area buy and sell homes! Because of their love of educating, design, and local Real Estate both Andrea and Jacki dove into Real Estate independently. As their careers grew, and their knowledge and passion for Real Estate evolved, it only made sense to join forces to help our community grow!

Jacki Fries

As a Houston native, and a passionate professional, Jacki Fries was born and raised in Clear Lake and currently lives in Seabrook, Texas.
After graduating from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Jacki pursued and excelled in a career in the field of education. All along knowing Real Estate was her true passion, Jacki decided to take the leap and become a licensed Real Estate Agent. The success she earned while working in education is contributed to her patience, work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to each student that crossed her path.
Jacki will bring these attributes into her Real Estate business and wants to provide each client with their own, personalized Real Estate experience.
When not working for her clients, Jacki enjoys being with her family, including her husband, two sons and 2 dogs. Watching her boys play baseball and football are one of her favorite activities. She enjoys staying active, eating good food and watching the Houston Astros!
Andrea Cotie
Realtor
Andrea Cotie resides in Seabrook, Texas with her two children and husband. She was born and raised in the Houston area. She knows and loves the surrounding and the people in her community!
After graduating with an Education Degree from Texas A&M in 1999, Andrea and her husband moved to the Clear Lake area to start a family.
After many years of teaching in CCISD, while flipping, rentals, and other real estate investments, Andrea decided to pursue a real estate career full time. The success she has earned, while teaching, has given her the ability to bring enthusiasm, hard work and personalized attention to every client she meets.
While Andrea is not serving clients, she is spending time with the people she loves. She loves the great outdoors, camping with friends and family, and traveling!
